APPEARANCE GUIDELINES
The New Jersey Generals Football Team is the leader in sports community activities.
Players, Cheerleaders, Coaches, Mascot & Staff can be found attending various community
events throughout the City. In 2008 alone, The Generals made over 400 appearances in the
community!
The following information is designed to assist in making a request to include New Jersey Generals Cheerleaders. Each request will receive fair and consistent consideration and will be confirmed based on availability and cheerleader policies. Please note that submitting a request does not guarantee an appearance.
GENERAL INFORMATION:
All appearance and speaking requests for the New Jersey Generals Cheerleaders must be submitted by filling out the cheerleader appearance request form and faxing it to Radshot & Nitrousjunki, Managers of Player & Cheerleader Relations, at 555-341-2714. Due to the tremendous volume of requests, event coordinators must submit requests in writing at least 6-8 weeks in advance of the event. Phone calls and e-mails are not accepted and will not be returned. Cheerleaders are generally confirmed 2 weeks prior to the event date.
WE ADHERE TO THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:
- Direct interaction with kids
- Clear role for the cheerleader (performances (cheer or performance), having photos taken, autographs etc…)
- Minimum of two (2) cheerleaders at an event
- Must provide a private, locked room for the cheerleaders to change in. (Radshot & Nitrousjunki have key)
- Maximize cheerleader time-large number of kids influenced by visit
- Community/charitable effort
- Publicity opportunities
FEES:
Corporate:
Minimum 1 hour appearance. $100.00/hour per Cheerleader (minimum 2 cheerleaders), $50.00 for each additional hour.
Charity/Community/Schools:
Minimum 2 hour appearance. $50.00/hour per Cheerleader (minimum 2 cheerleaders), $25.00 for each additional hour.
AVAILABLILITY:
The New Jersey Generals Cheerleaders have a flexible schedule and will be available all year round.
PROMOTING New Jersey Generals Cheerleaders APPEARANCES:
Use of the New Jersey Generals name, logos and trademarks and/or any advertising that implies the support or sponsorship of an event by the New Jersey Generals, The Generals Foundation – Stop The Violence, or the GLB must be approved in writing by the New Jersey Generals Football Team.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- Accurate directions from Five Star Stadium (located at 1 Meadowlands Drive, East Rutherford NJ 07072), location, phone number and contact must be provided.
- If an autograph session is requested, please provide a skirted table or booth with chairs.
- Please provide parking. Reimbursement for incurred parking fees is required at time of event.
- Most appearances occur inside the GTA, however should an appearance request be outside of this area, the cheerleaders’ airfares, airport/hotel/event transportation, hotel accommodations, and meals are at the client’s expense. (Out-of-area applies to distances more than one hour from the cheerleaders’ starting location).
