
APPEARANCE REQUEST FORM
The following form is provided to assist you in making requests for current New Jersey Generals cheerleaders. This information is established to serve as a set of working guidelines for your general planning purposes. Each request will receive fair and consistent consideration and will be confirmed based on availability and team policies. Please note that submitting a request does not guarantee an appearance.
All requests must be submitted by fax on the New Jersey Generals Cheerleaders Appearance Request Form. Requests should be received 6-8 weeks prior to your scheduled event to allow maximum time for scheduling. Due to the volume of requests, requests made by telephone or e-mail will not be returned.
Cheerleader appearances are generally confirmed 2 weeks prior to the event date.
